I have 2 x 3TB raid 0 from my previous WD Duo Book. The WD Duo Book is damaged and i bought a DS1621xs+ intend to replace it. How can i setup so can read from my previous 3tb raid HDDs without losing the data? Thank you

You can't. DSM will format the drive(s) in any configuration with file format of EXT4 or BTRFS. Considering that you have a raid0 config moving just one drive is not an option. So you will have to start with a large enough drive inside 1621 that can accommodate the data and then add the 2x3 into 1621 once you move the data.
