Question Adding Synology calendar to mobile phone

Use the CalDAV URL for the Syno calendar you wish to sync.

The caldav url consists of the local nas ip. Can that be substituted with the dyndns url? I assume port forward is needed in this case right?

Hi Gerard,

Here’s what it looks like on my iOS devices. As you said, you’ll need to forward the port.

Thanks. The caldav url was hidden a bit; located in an unexpected area. I was able to connect using vpn and the local addresses. I’ve taken it down and will do it again this time using ddns, and then eventually reverse proxy (one day).
