RT2600ac Firewall Rule Help

I'm trying to block a device from accessing the internet as well as the internet accessing it. This is more of a precautionary step.

Please see attachment, do I have the settings correct?

That's what I would do and then test it. Easiest is to use a mobile deivce.

The NAT / port forwarding rules are after you specific firewall rules, but I expect you don't have any that would translate an Internet port to a port on this device.

I'd recommend to disable UPnP to be certain that internal devices can't punch a hole out that will then permit reverse traffic to come back in.
