Hi guys!

Since the start of this weekend I've been encountering problems to update packages in my Synology NAS. I have several of them ranging from a strong 1813+ to an innocent DS118. In all of them I cannot update my packages, even with the latest firmware not yet available for download directly from the equipment.

Using ssh and browsing /var/log/messages I got the following error:

synoscgi_SYNO.Core.Package.Server_1_check[8839]: pkgtool.cpp:3766 failed to get package list from server

and 2019-04-12T09:08:25-03:00 DS214plus synoscgi_SYNO.Core.Package.Server_2_list[9137]: pkgcurltool.cpp:474 https://payment.synology.com/api/getPackageListv2.php, Failed to request packages, httpResponseCode=404

I've already opened a ticket with Synology but no answer yet...

Anyone facing the same problem?

Thansk in advance.

Doesn't seem to be an internet problem, as checking for DSM updates works ok. And I tested using other internet providers. Same problem.

All correct. I made a similar thread in the official forum. Another user has the same problem.
Looking in /var/log/messages doesn't seem to be a connection problem, but that the instance of Synology server that I'm reaching on Amazon Cloud isn't answering queries for package list.

This is the thread:

Not via GUI, but you could load up via SSH and check /var/log/messages file, for more details.
