Theoretical Office Setup for files and VM

I wanted to know what experienced users think would be the lowest Synology NAS to set up for a small office with 5 to 15 users mostly file sharing, and Drive remote access. This theoretical office will have a need a single VM running Windows 10 to host something like Quickbooks and UPS or similar software. Virtual Machine Manager can run on on some entry-level Synology hardware but that might not work out in the long run. Just wondering what you all think and wonder where the conversiaon will go. Thanks.

718+ would be my choice. Considering vmm is needed plus model is your main category.

Gents, to be sure - file sharing and “remote Drive access” is base of data availability. Then a RAID must be in usage. Specially for group greater than 1 person. Specially for accounting, time management, payrolls SW (Quickbooks mentioned).
There is still not a detail about data usage/versioning/collaboration of the users, etc. Second point is about the LUN for VM - it is not good idea to mix it with Drive Volume in same Disc group. Reason: diferent expectations for the usage (still not described).
Finaly, there is not right question what NAS model is appropriate for the request above. The NAS model name must be discovered from depper diving.
