ds416

I have other apps & facilities I'd like to install (browser, NAS speedtest etc.) but most require Docker. But there is no Docker within my package! Is this normal? How do I get it or how else do I install other apps? (I have DSM 7.1-42661 Update 3 on a DS 416)
