7.1-4 release notes ?

I know where to find location of latest software, but I’ve not found location for the release notes for that version.
Is there a location to find that, that I’m not aware of, or are release notes just not yet available? If so — where will they eventually be placed?

The URL structure that Synology uses is https://www.synology.com/releaseNote/<OS/package/utility name used in archive downloads>.

I just updated to Version: 7.1-42661 Update 4 and it works all ok on a DS1515+
