ABB client troubles

I noticed a week ago that my ABB has been failing. If I open the ABB client and edit/save and then proceed, the connection will work. However, I have to do this each time. Is anyone experiencing this. Here's the message I get after pulling up the connection. For my server address I'm using the static ip 192.X.X.X. I tried DDNS but it says it can't connect to the internet.

Just to be clear, you are doing a LAN backup? This is not a remote backup scenario?

Sorry, it is a LAN backup. Am also using the NAS static IP for the address. I did see in a forum to set the Synology certificate as the default for ABB so I just now did that. It was set to my DDNS cert as per a Synology tech suggested.
