Can someone explain the difference between a physical server and file server options in ABB? Why would I use one versus the other.

The physical server works using the ABB client that as a result has benefits like using the recovery portal, bare-metal recover,y and physical to virtual restore.

The file server method works via SMB/rsync protocol and it's a simple "pull" backup method on a file/folder level only (no OS, apps etc). It will provide 3 options of backup scenarios (multi-version, mirror, and incremental).
