Active Backup for Business increase pre-freeze script timedout

Dear experts,

I am new to the forum and hope for your help.

I have a Synology NAS DS1823xs+ and I use Active Backup for Business to back up various Hyper-V VM's.
I have several VM's running Suse Linux that I back up this way. On some systems there are databases that I stop before the freeze and start again after the freeze. For this purpose I have written two shell scripts pre-freeze.sh and post-thaw.sh.

Here is my problem:
I have a VM with several large databases on it. The pre-freeze-script needs about 15 minutes to stop all databases. Unfortunately, 133 seconds after start of the script Active Backup for Business automatically starts the pre-freeze-script a second time and after another 133 seconds a third time.

Is there a parameter that I can use to change this timeout? And if so, where can I set it?

In other backup tools (such as Veeam) there is a corresponding configuration file /etc/veeam/veeam.ini in which you can set the parameter timeoutPrePost, for example. Is there anything comparable?

Many thanks for your help!

Mine does too. I suppose I could try removing the permission and reapplying it.
