Active Backup - Restore Slow for Some Computers

I've setup a Synology backing up 20 + computers.
Backups currently set to manual.

I've been testing the restore speed. So using the same computer for all restores. Some restores happen at 5MB/s and others at 60 or 70MB/s?
Is there anything that could effect the speed this much?
Network has plenty of bandwidth

network configuration same on those machines as on the ones that are much more faster? Wifi, ethernet? HDD configuration and size of backups? Can you share a bit more details?
