Few days ago, Synology ActiveBackup started failing with "missing target folder" error.
Once the support ticket was opened, it took them about 4 calls and 6 hours to diagnose that backups are failing due to missing backup repository. The issue was escalated later that day. 3 days later, a senior engineer was yet to be assigned.
Synology is backing our VMware virtual machine servers (all of them); and our Office365 data. There is data which I can see in the \ActiveBackupforBusiness\@ActiveBackup; leading me to believe that our backups exist.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
