My Synology version is DSM 6.2.3, and My home network does not have public IPv4, only public IPv6. I use an ASUS router for dial-up, with the Synology connected to the router. Some time ago, I could access the Synology DSM normally using the IPv6 address (or DDNS domain name), but recently I've encountered some issues.
Whenever there is a network change (like restarting the router), I can no longer access the Synology. I have already disabled all firewalls on the router, including the IPv6 firewall.
In the Synology system, I can see that it has obtained the correct IPv6 address, but in the router's system records of DHCP leases and IPv6 lists, there is no entry for the Synology. As a result, I cannot ping the IPv6 address. However, as soon as I restart the Synology, the previously unreachable IPv6 address (or DDNS domain name) immediately becomes accessible.

I also found out in the past few days that the cause of this issue seems to be that Synology is not successfully obtaining the IPv6 gateway. I am attaching two images again for you to review.
The first image shows the situation where IPv6 cannot be accessed after restarting the router. The regular interface already displays the gateway address, but the IPv6 interface has not appeared yet.
The second image shows that after restarting Synology, the IPv6 gateway interface appears, and access is normal.
Here is the Synology IPv6 settings:(This is a picture taken a few days later. The IPv6 prefix has changed to 2408:8244:10:65e, which is different from the public IPv6 in the previous picture. Please ignore it.)
I initially thought it would take some time, but even after waiting for over 10 hours, it still wouldn't automatically recognize the gateway. The only options I have are to either restart Synology or disable and re-enable IPv6. Additionally, since my IPv6 prefix changes with router restarts, I shouldn't manually fix Synology's IPv6. I'm seeking help from everyone.thank you very much!
