Audio Station can't find music

1. I have put the existing (only) disk from my old DS212j into my new DS218play (DSM 7.0.1). It contains a lot of music at different locations/users.
2. Diskstation worked fine on my 212 but it showed no files at my 218.
3. To be sure I removed all existing @eaDir subdirectories.
4. indexd is active and produces new @eaDir files everywhere where it finds my music albums.
5. I re-indexed all my subdirectories with music albums by hand.
6. I re-installed Audio Station on my 218, but still it does not find any music at all.
Any suggestions?

Did you set the indexing of the folder under Control Panel?

That's all what is required.

I did. All folders are indexed (and will be re-indexed after I remove the @eaDir).

Then maybe you just need to wait 1 day before to see something, otherwise try to reset the permissions on the disk

Permissions are 755 for /volume1, 775 for music and 755 for all lower subdirectories (no d....+)

My suggestion is: if under Control Panel > Indexing Service, you see that is running, just wait more time. If you have many content, it can require 1/2 days. Good luck!

Then is strange.

On my experience, after upgrading to DSM 7, was required 5 days, before to have the indexing service working with the movie. And I set the music only after. So maybe your NAS is currently busy with something else, and need time before to index again.

Maybe it is busy with something under Storage Manager
