I received a message saying that my volume 2 is fragmented and that I need to expand storage capacity.

Storage manager says all my volumes are healthy, and volume 2 is only 55% full. What does this warning mean and what is the best practice to fix it? I am using snapshot/replicate with this targets on this volume (not destinations), and I read elsewhere that I don't want to defrag if using SR? The drives are 4TB Seagate ST4000VN008-2DR166 HDD. The affected drives both test healthy using both the SMART test and the Seawolf Irongate test. They don't show any bad sectors.
