Having a problems setting up CloudSync to Backblaze B2 on my DS416play. Some searching shows old posts & articles but couldn't find anything more recent - or a fix!

My NAS structured is something like:
/MY-NAS
/PHOTOS
/TIMEMACHINE
/VIDEOS

All sub-folders are Shared Folders.

I can setup CloudSync OK for one of the sub-folders, but when I go to add another task to include a second it says "The local parent of child folder has already been selected by another task as a synchronization folder. Please choose another folder." I can't select the top most (MY-NAS) as a location.

So... how can I backup my entire NAS to Backblaze B2? Have I set things up incorrectly, or is this a known problem with Synology/Cloudsync?

Thanks, LG

You cannot have a sync task inside another sync task. If you want the topmost folder synced, you must remove syn tasks that lie in the path below the topmost folder. This applies to Drive as well FWIW.

Thanks @Telos . Typo on my behalf, the structure should show as follows;

/MY-NAS
/PHOTOS
/TIMEMACHINE
/VIDEOS

I can add for example /PHOTOS, but get the error when I try to say then add a task including /VIDEOS. I am unable to select the highest level (/MY-NAS).

Hope that makes sense.
