Hi everyone,

I am looking to backup my photo folder (around 100GB), but also have access to them with my iPhone when my NAS is off. I am thinking in those two options.

1 - Backup to Google drive, so I could access to the folders in an easy way from my phone (when NAS off), but I would lose the snapshots ability, and this is not really a backup only a folder synchronization.
2 - Backup on C2 and syncronize my photo folder with google drive. This option is more expensive and I will have a 'duplication' of tasks, but I will have a proper backup on C2 and 'always' access on Google drive.

Does anyone have thoughts around this? I hope I have explained myself correctly with this. Thanks in advance

Given that the 2 options you are considering involve using google... why not use google photos directly? And keep uploading them to the NAS as backup, or perform periodic google photos "dumps" to the NAS via google checkout or by creating albums for each "dump" period.
