Hi,
I'm having issue with my Eufy FlodLight IP camera with SS, this camera lost connection several time a day for minutes, sometimes for hours: Camera [EufyFloodLight] connection was lost. Issue's if the device is "disconnected" no possible alert is recorded into DSM, thankful Eufy mobile app do record those events.
This IP camera is not listed in SS as a compatible device or branch but it does support RTSP protocol, this device is a WiFi only device, it's connected to a TP-Link EAP225-Outdoor AP and the connection is always marked as "Great".
I'm on DSM 7.1.1-42962 update 2 and my device has last firmware installed.
This is an well-known issue, searching in Google found ton's of post around this topic but no solution for it.
Any though or idea is welcome!
