Hello, over the years, I have many drives from MacOS, Linux and Windows. Can I connect them directly to a NAS and copy all the files from different OS to the drive inside the NAS to centralize all the files in one big drive so that they can be accessible from different MacOS/Windows/Linux/iOS devices at home? Also, is there a function to remove duplicated files? If so, how good is it?

For sure you can copy the data and access e.g. via SMB, nfs or both. Worst thing that can happen is that some metadata is lost, as different file systems have different metadata.
You might want to have a look in the file services SMB advanced settings on the NAS and switch on the VFS for MacOS option.

Not aware of a duplicate file utility on synology, maybe just a tool on Windows or Mac.
