You need to either:
Get Hyperbackup 2.2.2-1114 (not 1113) from Synology tech support
or
Not use any decimals in your storage sizes.
Both worked for me.
Good luck.

Can you share with us the download location and howto so that we don't have to contact Synology?

I tried. Said uploaded file (zipped = 13MB) "is too large."
 
Bingo.
Unzip and install package in package manager.
