Cloud Sync and Notifications

I would like to get notifications (like hyper backup can do - email and text) about the status of Cloud Sync if something goes wrong? Does anyone know if that is possible? I use Backblaze for cloud backup and for the most part, it is rock solid but sometimes it stops working and I won't know unless I check it manually. I could be missing something very basic so any ideas would be appreciated thanks.

On the right side of the DSM taskbar, there is a notifications icon.

Click to open the Notifications sidebar. At the upper right corner of the sidebar, there is a Settings icon.

Click to see the applications that can send you desktop notifications. Check "Cloud Sync" for desktop notifications.

Late to the party but ... I agree with the OP, does anyone know how to get some useful alerts for problems that need intervention from Cloud Sync? (DSM7)
