Destination Server failed to connect

Hello,

I've a problem to setup a Snapshot Replication to an other (external) DS.
The Setup can connect to the other DS, because it asks for MFA Code. Port 5566 is on both Sides open.
What is missing or wrong? (I've also tried it with an other destination, also external, but other location, which has no MFA, same error, and I also tried it with disabled Firewall on Router, same error, and the same if i disable encyption in the Setup)

There is no official way to do this. SR package does not support it.
