DHCP Server Config?

Hi Guys

I'd like to set up my NAS to act as a DHCP server for some of my network.

That's so my FireTV's can run through the VPN set up on there.

Has anyone done this?
Give me a run down?

VPN and DHCP? Can you give a bit more info what is your end goal?

Sorry I've got DHCP running on the SRM.

Just be careful when you start setting it up that you don't get conflicting DHCP adverts from the current DHCP server and DSM's.

The limited VPN protocols that a NAS supports generally creates a seperate subnet for VPN, thus DHCP is not needed on the NAS as it would only work for the perimeter LAN network.
