It may be just me but I dislike the 'pouted lips' look of the DS4XXj series. It really puts me off ever wanting to buy one. Sorry if this view offends anyone and has nothing to do with technical performance, purely aesthetics.

Got this today, and I can't get a SeaGate ST3000DM003 (HDD) drive to work. And I can't tell why not. It says "Not Initialized" in green. The tests on the drive doesn't work. What do I need to do, in order for it to work?!
