Is the RT2600 capable (as a DNS client) of taking advantage of DNS over https or any other encrypted DNS, to hide DNS queries from the ISP?

That is: the devices on the network use the router as their DNS server. The router, in turn, makes DNS inquiries to DNS servers out on the net, some of which are DNS over http capable. But can the router utilize that service? I have been unable to find a way to configure that.

Thanks!

I guess it’s only Tomato and DD-WRT firmware then with such support at the moment!
I’ve dabbled with them a long time ago. Powerful but a bit of a headache IMHO.

The next best thing (if you can’t have it on the router) is to use something on your clients I guess.
I’ve used DNSCloak on my iOS devices.
And here’s an updated DNS servers list by Lifewire.
