DSM 7.1 DS-220+ will not add shared folders

I cannot get my Synology 220+ with DSM 7.1.1-42962 to add new shared folders. I see the new folders (TV and TV Shows) when I open Control panel. I was previous successful in getting the Movie shared folder set up and added media to it, but TV and TV Shows just won’t work.

When I go to File Station I don’t see either of the folders

Is that a question why you can't see if in File Station or inside Plex?

Have you compared all settings and permissions to Shared Folders that are working as you expect?

Was the File Station window opened before you added the new Shared Folders? Have you tried refreshing it , or opening a new window?

Try deleting one of those "missing" folders, then recreate it (are you able to delete it?).
