DS1522+ with Exos X24 24TB HDDs ?

I am considering to buy a DS1522+ and populate it with 5 x Exos X24 24TB HDDs.
Synology's compatibility list does not show HDDs with more than 18TB capacity.

Has anyone here worked reliably with 20TB or even 24TB HDDs in a Synology NAS?

Synology is notoriously and purposefully slow at updating the compatibility list. Use the INCompatibility list as a guide of what drives will not work. I am running 18TB WD Ultrastars on my 1522+
