We setup our CMS cluster to also act as the Archive Vault destination for all our recording servers.
Added all our rackmount and ds220/224+ devices to it. We set the bandwith to be 1000 during office hours and unlimited during the time nobody is actively using the system.

At first the backup of recordings to the Archive Vault worked perfect. All servers were busy archiving.
We set it up so that the recordings are wiped when 14 days old as per GDPR guidelines. And that worked good too.

But since a week we noticed that some servers said 0 Gb was being archived. When we opened several of the servers we see it says busy archiving 0%.
When we check the same server a good while later it still says 0% and no data was added.

Removed one of the servers and added it like a new server. It made no difference.

We have launced a ticket at Synology but their response was, predictably, to update to 7.2. Already told them it was working just fine under 7.0.

Anybody else experience this Archive behaviour?

This is part of the dat file they (synology) send us that they say looks odd. Anybody got a clue as to what is causing our Archive to stop functioning properly?

Solved the problem with the cmscomm.cpp:887:SendWebAPIWithEncrypt(): Failed to send webapi bit. That was caused by a removed nas which my colleague forgot to remove from SS CMS.

Anybody any idea why Archive Vault stopped working?
