DSM7.1 teamviewer

Hi Guys,

I just updated our SA3400 to the latest DSM7.1 from DSM6. Unfortunately my teamviewer cant remote to the synology anymore.

The error shows that browser is not supported. Before this when im using DSM6 its working fine.
Im using licensed Teamviewer 13. Is it because of my Teamviewer client?

Appreciate the help!

Just to get a clear picture. Are you using a TV agent installed on your SA3400 or how are your exactly initiating the connection towards the NAS?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeap im using TV agent install in my SA3400. I can connect using IP tho but usually i connect using Teamviewer.

I've contacted Teamviewer support regarding this. Just want see whether anyone got any solution here.

Well personally I am not a user of TV, but have tested this on one test unit and the Pacakge center TV installer installs and runs fine, but stops on its own after about 10sec or so.

Not much to check, this is fresh (only a few days), so it might be a while until it gets patched from TV side.
