The setting is on the Internet config page so is it just for the WAN side, or LAN, or just LAN? I have it enabled and all seems to work but then my setup is WAN port to Virginmedia Super Hub 3 (FWIW) LAN port 1 to TP-Link TL-SG108E switch which supports Green Energy (FWIW too)
