Hi. This may be a question a more experienced NAS user would find simple. If it is, and my asking it offends you, I ask you to please just move on. Thanks.

I set up Active Backup for Business sucessfully for my six computers. However, after making some disk partiton changes, the backup of one computer reproducibly fails (see screenshots). I can see the likely errors but can't figure out how to fix them. Advice is appreciated.

I assume the partition changes you're talking about are to the computer being backed up? Try editing the job and reselecting the drives you want backed up. If that doesn't work, delete the job and recreate it.

Thanks. Please advise on how to edit the job.

Thanks. Please advise on how to edit the job.
Go into Active Backup for Business in DSM. Select "PC/Mac" from the list down the left hand side. Then select the "Task List" tab. From there, select the job you want to edit, then press the "Edit" button.

While this is solved, just to point out ABB has a very good error code index page. In your initial post, the log that you exported to excel pointed to an error 21. In Syno KB, error 21 is explained in detail.

Just something to have in mind when dealing with ABB. Syno KB can be a very good know-how guide for troubleshooting.

Seen that but what does the actual log has as information? Any references to specific locations/folders?
