Hello
I've spent 2 weeks trying to configure external access for my NAS without success. Neither WebDav, nor FTP nor VPN works from my office network to the NAS.
Inside my home network everything works, WebDav, FTP, VPN. However my goal would be to map a network drive on my computer in the office, open a file, edit it and save it; I don't want to do the download and upload process using quickconnect.
Using a WebDav drive mapping tool, like RaiDrive, I'm able to do the drive mapping, but only inside my home network. (using VPN or without it, RaiDrive works using the DDNS)
The NAS is behind a double NAT, although I have false-root access to my router I can't change the "Port Restricted Cone NAT" that is configured. I'm able to update port forward option on the house-router, but it seems port forwarding configuration needs to be updated in the ISP router too. I talked with the ISP, telling me that at this moment (sounds like never) they can't give me a public IP address or update the port forward configuration on the routers.
I ran out of ideas,
Appreciate any help,
Thank you
