Info Extra styles for SynoForum

Hello, SynoForumists!

We have added a new style for SynoForum called VertiLight. Actually, there are two new styles, because in VertiLight you can switch to dark mode and that's actually a new style called VertiDark.

The main difference from the default style is the vertical navigation with the Account/Conversations/Alerts menu and full-width content space. If you like it better, now you have it. We currently have a total of 4 styles for the SynoForum.


Q: Where can I switch the style?
A: Check the footer for a little paintbrush icon (and a style name next to it).

I like that. It uses up the space that's spare when I have the Safari window full-width.

I like the Darkmode, but the navigation on the Left side is too large IMHO.

We've narrowed it down a bit, but I wouldn't do more than that, otherwise it might look cramped.

FYI: one minor change... The Account/Conversations/Alerts menu is moved to vertical navigation.

Switched to Vertilight, works for me

Actually, I don't think it will look ok because we already have a sidebar on the right. So, no, navigation (with logo and all that) stays on the left.

Those screenshots in the OP look nice, but my dark mode has this awful blue font in place of the lighter blue-green in the OP.

How do I get back to that? I don't recall changing my settings, and the screen toggle only takes me to light mode. Thanks!

I have the exact same color palette and text color in firefox on windows 10.

Agreed, I like the original turquoise color. For me it’s like a signature to the forum.
