Does File station have the ability to compare folders. I have 2 folders full of the same music, would like to check if they contain the same files or not. I thought of just copying the one over the other. Tried that in a different folder and it made duplicates even after telling it to skip. TIA

That would be great, but I believe there is not.
I use Total Commander on Windows to compare folder contents.
But since there is linux underneath DSM, maybe rsync would help somehow...
