Actually it is a very useful app. It shows you duplicate files, user quotas, file types, etc. Lot's of filters.

Excellent. what I meant is that you can’t delete with it. Like telling it to delete the oldest files in duplicates and keep the latest for instance, or can it do that now?
 
Yes, I was able to delete a duplicate file. You can see both files and their location, then you decide which one you want to remove.
 
I just had to re-setup the report I run on the backup NAS and notice that there's a setting for the number of duplicates that are reported. The default was 200 and maximum is 5000. You may want to check this number and increase it if you're getting near the limit you set.
