Just updated DSM from 6.2.3-25423 to the latest 6.2.3-25426 Update 3, all OK. after reboot, notice only 3 folder show up in file station, try to access using other app/computer, all the same result. However, based on disk size utilitized, it appears the data is still there, maybe just not mounted? all other application package works well, such as photo station, VPN, surveillance station.... Anyone experience this before and any solution? System: DS211 with two 2 TB disk set as SHR.

Thanks for reply, it does not show all folders, only 3 folders showed there. I forgot if these are encrypted or not, however, I do believe I choose all default setting several years ago.
