User introduction Hello RS815+ owner in France and UK

Got a RS815+ in France, and a RS815+ in UK. Run VPN server on both so I can connect to "other" country whenever I travel.

Would like to use chat software, but don't like synology offering at current date. Open to suggestions. Would love to have a private chat and video comms to users.

Thanks for the recommendations: I will take a closer look at Mattermost - but at first glance it looks too big/complex just for a simple comms platform - and also does not do video call. Having "links" into skype or msteams defeats the purpose of keeping it in-house and avoiding multiple logins.
