I am a 50y old guy from Brussels, using Synology NAS since ~13 years.
I used to have a DS118, a DS209+, a DS713+ and I still own today a DS1815+ with DSM 6.2 and a DS214play with DSM 7.0.
I also run for testing purpose various NAS hosted in VMWare with XPEnology: DS3615 (DSM 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2), a DS3617 (DSM 6.1 and 6.2) and a DS918 (DSM 6.2)..
So... A fan :p But not really an expert although I do my own packages for fun or to facilitate the management of my NAS.
I found this forum looking for real support and knowledge sharing... being honestly desperate by the lack of answers on the official Synology Forum (not something new...)
