How to format WD 1TB disk to NTFS from BTRFS using synology DS218

I would like to format my 1TB WD BTRFS disks to NTFS and would like to know how do I do it and also I am having difficulty reading my external HDD through Synology DS218.
Any suggestions please

btrfs is the best, especially for disk arrays.
