How to install this docker ? AllTube

I thinks its better than YoutubeDL Material because admits any link (like Youtube DL terminal app)
I have YTDL installed on my mac mini and I use a lot from my iphone and a Shortcut....

I don t unsderstand how to install the docker... the doc does not say anything typical like
docker run -d --name NAMEDOCKER \
-v /mypaths:/app/appdata \
-p 8998:17442 \
name_dockerImage:latest

Look in the FAQ, granted it could just say this in the readme.md ... Rudloff/alltube

Run the Docker image
docker run -p 8080:80 rudloff/alltube

Really easy to use... its quite good... but i prefer temrinal one or Youtube material... (even this last is only for youtube videos)
