Those of you using DS CAM may have encountered times where the local IT Staff at WIFI you are using blocks DS CAM from working. QC connection.
I’ve asked Support about this but they have not responded with a useable answer so I post this - based upon history of using DS CAM for years.
If you see a totally black screen for an instant with one rotating arrow in the center — I believe that this is an indication that you have got passed the point where you would be blocked by the local WIFI system you are using.

For those of you in the know, is DS CAM using ports ‘of their own’ or the ports assigned by me if I use other than default ports in NAS?
