DSM 7.2 Hyper Backup Vault - empty Version List

Hi.

When I open a Hyper Backup Vault Version list, I see an empty Version List op backups.
Hype Backup Vault > All Tasks > (select a backup) > Version List > (enter Password)

Date Created and Date Completed columns are empty.
The backup itself can be restored id est it isn't corrupt.

I have 2 NAS which act exactly the same!
DS1817+ / DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5 / Hyper Backup Vault 4.1.1-3758
DS1819+ / DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5 / Hyper Backup Vault 4.1.1-3758

Is this a common issue?
What can I do about it?

I’ve seen this too, either here or snapshot replication version list. This is something of recent, hasn’t been like that. I’d call it in and make a ticket.

These things are often attributable to the browser display. I suggest these few easy tests...

• scroll browser magnification up / down (ctrl +, or ctrl -)
• run browser in private mode (all extensions disabled)
• run browser in safe mode
• try an alternate browser

I tried options 1 (Firefox), 2 (Firefox) and 4 (Safari, Edge).
I didn't try safe mode (yet).
Still the same error.
Even if one option would work, I would still consider the user interface being the culprit.
For me ... it's a bug!

Even if it is a browser display issue, it is happening for multiple people, across multiple devices/environments/browsers/systems; therefore it’s a bug. They should write their code a bit better to prevent such an issue. If one were to have this problem and others don’t then I would say clear cache etc but when it’s on the first try and reproduced it’s a bug.

I had the same issue but, It's fixed in Hyper Backup Vault 4.1.2-4036.
I had to download that version and installed manually.

I had to download that version and installed manually.

Thanks for the info, but now I'd like to know why this fix isn't offered through the regular update feed?
Package Center > Installed
I would like to get updates automatically and not manually check every package if there's something new.

Fix from 01.10.2024. The bug seems to be confirmed.

Fixed an issue where Backup Explorer could only display 1,000 files within a folder.

I wait until it's gonna be pushed. Let's see how long it takes ...

That's concerning Backup Explorer not Hyper Backup Vault (Version list), think this is fixed under the heading "Minor bug fixes".

Well ... couldn't wait - I manually upgraded on one of the 2 NAS. It works.
The Version List is complete again.
