Can anoyone help me? I am trying to expose ports like 32400 for plex and other ports for Synology apps but I am behind a carrier grade nat. How do you get past this?

short recommendation: don't try to open any external services w/o knowledge of all possible implications, because then you will get "a house" without doors. Specially with public known port for such service, e.g. 32400.
You can start from downloading Security checklist available in this forum. Check and tune your NAS setup follow such guidelines. Then we can continue with this kind of discussion.
