Do the Synology IP Camera's have the ability to be a VPN client and connect to Synology NAS from a remote network over the internet? If not, are there any other Third party Camera's out there that can and that are compatible with Surveillance Station?

Welcome to the forum.

No direct VPN client on it, but you can connect it via a site-to-site VPN tunnel if that helps.
