Is there a way how to inform user about a Note sharing?

I would like to share some Notebooks with users of DSM.

The problem is that the users are not informed about a new sharing (they do not used DSM web so they do not see the notification in the bubble). The best would be that the user gets an email notofication.

Another problem with Notes - I can not send a direct sharing link. The link created is to the Note web application but there you need to look for the Joined Notebooks and there for subfolders, which is too complicated for standard user.

Anyone know a solution?

PS: one solution is to use Drive/Office documents instead of Notes, I know about it

Drive/Office, as you know have perfect integration with SynoChat (chatting about the doc changes) include notifications. Great for SME groups (internal comm)

Well Note station sync automatically but not as often as Office app. I do not know the timing but I do not care about it and it works. Anyway you can sync the notes manually resp. force syncing by from the web app or from mobile app as well.

I want to have an option to make it completely manual. I don’t want it to sync whenever it wants.
So nothing changed.
