I had a DRIVE issue where I’d get a ‘No Connection’ message when I tried to update files on IPhone. I was across the country at the time.
When I got home on my LAN, I tried again but received same error.
Went into NAS where DRIVE resides, and there was a message awaiting that AV failed to get an virus update, check internet connection. ?? I AM connected to internet!
So, sidetracked by this new issue, I manually updated AV, which was successful.
Back on original issue: checked Drive & Drive Server. All up to date and set right…
Nothing to fix! ??
Now what?
So for kicks I try DRIVE Again on iPhone—NOW it Updates files to current date!
Why drive would not connect and AV update would not happen either, until manually ‘tickled’, is beside me, but I post this in case others encounter same problem!
Other than AV Virus Update, nothing changed, but now DRIVE works on iPhone. DSM6.2.3 Update 3
