link to canons relpy returns to mailplus server

I belong to a Canon forum. I get emails when someone replies to a message just like here. Howeveer, on some messages when I click to go to the forum webpage to read the message, it instead loads my mailplus server in a new tab. if I hover on the link it shows https://nas ip adress/?launchApp=SYNO.SDS.MailClient.Application&SynoToken=gVDoztiSEUVgI.
Is this just forum glitch or should I be concerned. TIA
