login synology account

Hi everyone, I'm trying to log into the dsm, in my synology account, but I click and it doesn't do anything, it doesn't ask me for a username or password, I need help because otherwise I can't log in from outside.

I click and nothing happens, no window appears where it asks me for the username and password of my account already created in synology.

Can you try a different web browser? It could be your browser blocking opening links in one site that open another. Check settings on privacy/security and cross-origin restrictions.
