I'm considering adding a NAS for storing controlled but unclassified secure documents. We are a manufacturer and have a need to have production employees reference drawings on the NAS from the production floor. I'd like to:
1) use file explorer to navigate to a folder on the NAS from their Windows PC but where in order to get access it would require 2FA using Google Authenticator - I realize this is probably a dream
2) Have a log of every time someone accesses a folder on the NAS (I do have that working now).
3) Or, use an alternate software product to accomplish the access? I do not want synchronization from the NAS to the PC - just ability to read and open the PDF files on the client PC.
Appreciate whatever thoughts you might have.
