Looping video

My SS app (Mac version, DS220+) will play a few seconds of a recording over and over instead of playing the whole video segment. Any fix for this?

The downloadable recordings show a few seconds of image and then gray out for a few seconds. Rinse and repeat. But only for one model of camera (Amcrest IP8M-T2669E-AI). The recordings from my other camera model (IP8M-T2599E) are fine. So this may be a camera issue and not something with SS.
